CalArb does not administer ADR matters or provide Neutral/mediation services. All user engagements with any neutrals/mediators who are CalArb members are made directly with the Neutral or the administering ADR institution and not with CalArb.

5. Non-Profit Status and Public Records Inspection

CalArb is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine whether a donation you make to CalArb is tax deductible in whole or in part.

11. Applicable Law

Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of any CalArb website shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, USA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that the federal and state courts for San Francisco County, California, USA have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims including with respect to enforcement of arbitration provisions.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to the extent they are preempted or otherwise prohibited by applicable federal, state or other laws. To the extent provisions herein do not apply, all other terms remain in full force and effect.
