Biography

Marco Molina focuses his practice on international disputes and serves as BakerHostetler’s International Commercial Arbitration team leader. He specializes in international commercial arbitrations, investor-State arbitrations, cross-border litigations, global asset tracing and recovery, anticorruption compliance, cryptocurrency-related litigations, corporate governance disputes and extradition cases.
Marco has represented clients before U.S. federal, state and administrative courts as well as before a variety of international arbitral tribunals, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the affiliated International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and in ad hoc arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
Marco is a senior member of the firm’s Latin America practice who has tried cases in both English and Spanish and is also proficient in Italian. In addition, he is a senior leader of the team working as counsel to the court-appointed Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and is Chair of the Foreign Discovery Committee that advises that team.
