Biography

I am a U.S. and International Arbitrator and Mediator serving on the American Arbitration Association's Panels of Arbitrators and Mediators including the Commercial Panel, Healthcare Panel, and several subject matter panels including technology, intellectual property, franchise and others. I also serve on AAA's International Centre for Dispute Resolution's Panel of International Arbitrators. I have over 20 years of experience presiding over hundreds of arbitrations and mediations in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, Scottsdale, New York, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and throughout the United States and internationally on many multi-million dollar cases including cases with claims in excess of $150 million. I am also a member of the American Arbitration Association's Large, Complex Case Advisory Committee.
