Biography
REG HOLMES, is a prominent USA based Mediator, Arbitrator and Private Judge with a global practice focused on the resolution of business disputes particularly those involving Technology, intellectual property, Employment, international issues and large complex business disputes and those involving high dollar torts and personal injury
He is an active and sought after thought leader and who regularly speaks, consults and advises colleagues, counsel, parties and policy makers on the appropriate design and the early, efficient, cost effective and just use of dispute resolution processes and DR technology (including AI). He is a former President of the California Dispute Resolution Council (CDRC) and holds fellowships and past board memberships with the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is also a former President of the Langston Bar Association (The African American bar association of Los Angeles) and the President of the Neutrals Diversity Alliance (NDA).
A former patent attorney, he earned an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Florida and a Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He has held senior executive, business, litigator and Law Partner positions with several Fortune 500 corporations and law firms and has been active in national and local civic, community and professional organizations.
