Full-time Construction ADR Neutral for over 25 years. Prior to becoming a full-time Neutral, served as Chair of the Construction Law Practice Groups at Pillsbury firm and the firm that is now Dentons. Practice limited to construction disputes. Serve as Arbitrator, Mediator, Project Neutral, and Standing Project Mediator. Served on some of the largest and most-complex construction disputes in the Western United States. Member of ABA, Forum on Construction Law, California State Bar, CLA Committee on Construction, and LACBA, Dispute Resolution Section. Member, American Arbitration Association National Panel of Construction Mediators. Member, American Arbitration Association Mega-Project Arbitration Panel. Arbitrated over 250 construction cases. Mediated over 500 construction cases.
