Plans California International Arbitration Week (CIAW) 2025 in cooperation with the California Lawyers Association.

GOVERNMENT & BAR ASSOCIATIONS COMMITTEE
Advises on government messaging, promotes government education, and coordinates government financial and infrastructure support. Advises on legislative and judicial matters and liaises with executive, legislative and judiciary branches. Supports bar messaging and coordinates with the State Bar and CLA Sections on international arbitration and ADR issues.

Advises on ADR institution and organization relations. Promotes CalArb to institutions and supports institutional and organizational programming & initiatives.

Advises on law firm, corporation and trade group messaging and support. Promotes law firm and corporate membership, education and financial support. Recruits law firm and corporate Board members. Supports law firm and corporate programming.

Coordinates relations with universities and law schools. Addresses California international arbitration issues and educational resources. Oversees the CalArb International Arbitration & ADR Writing Competition for law students and young practitioners. Supports other committees on educational matters.
