Biography

Drew Holiner is an international arbitrator and barrister with over two decades of experience in complex cross-border commercial disputes. He is appointed as arbitrator in disputes involving regulated sectors, sanctions-affected contracts, and state-linked or politically exposed commercial risk, including in energy, banking, trade finance, and infrastructure contexts.

In addition to his work as arbitrator, Drew acts as lead counsel in arbitrations and as specialist counsel within wider international dispute teams, particularly in matters shaped by sanctions, emergency state measures, and enforcement risk. He regularly works with US and international law firms in high-value, cross-border disputes.
