Biography

Dana Welch, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, has been an arbitrator for over twenty years. She's served as panel chair, wing, or sole arbitrator in over 350 disputes. Notable matters have included trade secret disputes, business and partnership dissolutions, matters that include claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and licensing disputes, across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, cannabis, ecommerce, media, and manufacturing. She is currently the President of CalArb and the President-elect of the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
