Biography

Dana Welch, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, has been an arbitrator for over twenty-five years. She's served as panel chair, wing, or sole arbitrator in over 450 disputes. Notable matters have included trade secret disputes, business and partnership dissolutions, matters that include claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and licensing disputes, across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, cannabis, ecommerce, media, and manufacturing. She is a past-President of CalArb and past-presdient of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. She is the co-chair of the upcoming ICCA Congress, to be held in San Francisco in May 2028.
