Biography

David Makman handles Commercial and IP Litigation. He started his career in patent litigation at firms such as Fish & Neave and Howrey LLP. Since starting his own firm in 2009, he has represented clients in arbitration, state court litigation, federal court litigation and appellate litigation. He has worked on a full range of cases: patents, trademarks, copyrights, licenses, contracts, products liability, partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes, torts, and real estate. Most of his cases involve technology, especially software and semiconductor manufacturing, and he has arbitrated cases at JAMs, AAA, and ICDR.

He has been a mediator and an arbitrator.
