Proc., section 1297.11 et. seq.); author with Chernick & Neal, Practitioner's Handbook on International Arbitration and Mediation (3rd Ed.); former legal affairs secretary & counsel to California Governor Pete Wilson; Warren Christopher International Lawyer of the Year Award, 2022 presented by the International Law and Immigration Section of the California Lawyers Association; 2023 recipient of the Taube Family Freedom Award presented by the Pacific Research Institute.
