Biography

Elizabeth A. Tippin FCIArb is an International Arbitrator/Mediator/Dispute Board Member in the construction, environmental, energy, and commercial arenas, who was selected to resolve over 1800 disputes spanning over the last 30 years. Her background includes being appointed as an Administrative Law Judge, and member of the Large and Complex Construction and Master Mediator Panels of the American Arbitration Association and over forty years of experience as an attorney, providing general counsel legal services to global architecture and engineering firms. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; received the Mediation Society 2014 Award for Distinguished Contribution to the Field of Mediation, and honored as a Northern California Super Lawyer for Alternative Dispute Resolution from 2020 – 2023.
