Biography

Served as arbitrator or counsel in over 60 international and domestic arbitrations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, pursuant to the rules of the ICC, ICDR, AAA, CPR, UNCITRAL, JAMS, and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Also served as counsel in numerous lawsuits in the federal and state courts involving patents and other intellectual property, breach of contract, business torts, defamation, and other commercial disputes. Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Member of the Tech List of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center. Member of Arbitrator Panels of the ICDR, AAA, SIAC, HKIAC, Beijing International Arbitration Commissions, and World Intellectual Property Organization.
