Biography

Jerry Roth is an international arbitrator and founder of Roth Global Law/Arb. He is former President of the Paris-based Union Internationale des Avocats and holds a French-language LLM from the University of Paris in European and International Business Law in addition to his US law degree from Harvard. Jerry was a partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson for 27 years where he led international arbitration and litigation matters. He is former chair of the ABA International Committee of the Litigation Section, the International Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the ABA Asia Law Council. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of International Arbitrators and a member of the African Association of Arbitrators. Jerry works in Spanish and French and is fluent in several other languages.
