Biography

Sandra A. Jeskie is a seasoned arbitrator (panel chair, wing and sole arbitrator) and mediator in commercial business disputes and matters involving complex contractual issues, technology, software, intellectual property or information/data. She has served as arbitrator in more than 100 disputes, including numerous multi-million dollar bet-the-company disputes. She also engages in Early Neutral Evaluation and serves the courts as a special master, mediator, and judge pro-tempore in a variety of complex disputes. As special master to the federal courts, Ms. Jeskie has served as a discovery master and as subject matter expert to assist the court.

She has been peer-vetted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and named a world’s leading technology arbitrators and mediators by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC). Ms. Jeskie serves as a neutral for American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) on specialized panels including its Large Complex Case Panel, and serves as a neutral for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). Ms. Jeskie also is past chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, North America Branch, board member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center and a member of the American Law Institute (ALI).
