Biography

Dr. Johannes P. Willheim is an international attorney and dispute resolution professional with more than 20 years of experience. As a partner of the Global Disputes practice of Jones Day based in Frankfurt and Paris and with strong ties to Los Angeles, he assists clients around the world in managing their commercial and legal risks and disputes. A substantial part of his work is dedicated to the representation of clients in multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration proceedings with a focus on aviation and satellite, energy, engineering and construction, life sciences and post M&A disputes as well as to sit as an arbitrator around the world. Johannes is an editor of and contributor to the GAR Handbook on Arbitration and Space Disputes.
