Biography

Dr. Zhu Ruohan is the Deputy Director of Development and Planning of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC). She holds a PhD degree in International Law from the East China University of Political Science and Law, with her research focusing on arbitration and ADR. She has authored/co-authored/contributed to about 10 papers and books (in English and Chinese), and was involved in the drafting of arbitration and ADR regulations and rules. She also serves as Council Member of OBOR Law Research Society of Shanghai Law Society. Before joining SHAC, she worked on the internationalization of legal education in a top law university for about 8 years, with extensive experience in international law-related partnership and program development.
