Biography

Mr. Li is admitted to practice PRC law. He gained abundant experience in in handling trans-border business, and particularly focused his practice on corporate law, M&A, inbound and outbound direct investment, international trade law, energy and construction, and commercial dispute resolution. He has represented clients in the arbitration proceedings in CIETAC, SHIAC, BJAC, SIAC etc. Mr. Li can render service to clients in both Chinese and English languages proficiently.
