Biography

A driven and resourceful international lawyer, I hold dual LL.M. Master of Laws degrees with a focus on international business law and entertainment law. My legal foundation was built in Ukraine, where I practiced in high-stakes criminal and administrative cases - experience that sharpened my advocacy, problem-solving, and client relations skills under pressure.

Now transitioning to the U.S. legal market, I am expanding my expertise in transactional law, contracts, and the legal dimensions of the entertainment industry through the LL.M. Master of Laws program at LMU Loyola Law School. I bring a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary perspective to legal challenges, with a growing interest in how creative and business fields intersect in today's global economy.
