Biography

René De Liux Campos Garcia is an experienced independent arbitrator and counsel with more than a decade of experience in domestic and international dispute resolution. He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in London since 2009. His experience includes acting as arbitrator and party counsel in proceedings conducted under Ad Hoc rules, as well as before institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (CANACO).
He currently serves as Chair of the Mexican Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators North America Branch (CIArb NAB) and is the Managing Partner of Deliux Abogados, a boutique law firm based in Mexico City focused on arbitration, litigation, and corporate law.
