Biography

Ana Sambold is a California attorney, arbitrator, and mediator providing neutral services throughout the U.S. and internationally. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation matters. Ana is a National Academy of Distinguished Neutral (NADN), International Certified Mediator (IMI), and a Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law. Currently, she chairs the ABA Dispute Resolution Section for 2023-2024, leading the largest association of dispute resolution professionals in the world.
