Biography

Two percent of all cases will be determined by a court or jury or arbitrator. The rest can and should be determined justly, speedily, and inexpensively by the parties . . . no matter how much they disagree . . . as soon as possible. As a mediator, I listen and relentlessly help parties see the present and future and agree on a joint path forward that is better than the paths they are on right now. As an arbitrator, I listen and carefully choose the parties' path for them.
