Biography

Ninety-eight to ninety-nine percent of all cases filed will be resolved by a voluntary agreement of the parties. Only one to two percent will be determined by a court or jury or arbitrator. Our job is to help our clients and litigants reach that resolution as justly, speedily, and inexpensively as possible by recognizing we are all in this together and all have an interest in reaching agreements where we can and clearing the path for cases that must be tried.
