Biography

Vice President of Operations for JAMS' San Francisco, Santa Rosa (CA) and Seattle resolution centers since 2019. In addition to supervising the daily operations of the resolution centers, also manage the case managers and provide support to JAMS neutrals based in the three centers. Serena also supports the global efforts of JAMS International, frequently lecturing and serving as the brand ambassador at various international ADR programs and events. Prior to joining JAMS, Serena served as the Vice President - Commercial Division with the American Arbitration Association for over 10 years.
