Biography

Serena K. Lee is the President & CEO of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), a think tank based in New York City. Prior to joining CPR, Serena served as the Vice President of Operations for JAMS' San Francisco, Santa Rosa (CA) and Seattle resolution centers from 2019-2024. Prior to joining JAMS, Serena served as the Vice President - Commercial Division with the American Arbitration Association for over 10 years. Serena received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is licensed in New York. In addition to CalArb, Serena has been active on a number of legal organizations, including the California Lawyers Association Litigation Section's ADR Committeee (past Chair and current advisor), the ABA (Section of Dispute Resolution, Business Law, Health Law), the Asian Bar Associaton of Greater Bay Area, NAPABA, New York State Bar Dispute Resolution Section and the New York City Bar Assocation's ADR Committee.
