Welcoming the New Members of the Young CalArb Steering Committee

We are excited to announce the newly appointed members of the Young CalArb Steering Committee. This talented group of individuals brings an abundance of knowledge, passion, and dedication to the field of international arbitration. Their diverse backgrounds and experiences will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing commitment to nurture the next generation of arbitration professionals in California. Please join us in welcoming:

  • Anlin Ye: Currently a rising 3L at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Anlin is an aspiring lawyer in international arbitration and the in-coming President of the Pepperdine International Arbitration Society. Anlin’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.
  • Gabi Lopez Stahl: Gabi is a senior associate in White & Case’s international arbitration group based in Los Angeles, with a focus on investment treaty and commercial arbitration, as well as public international law. In addition to serving on the Young CalArb Steering Committee, Gabi is a founding member of California Arbitration and a regional representative for North America for the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitration and ADR Forum.
  • Ibrahim Ati: A dual-educated ADR professional with credentials from Europe and the US, Ibrahim is also one of the youngest members of the New York City Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee and Professional Discipline Committee. He is serving as Vice-Chair in the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division for the 2023-2024 year.
  • Pragya Sharma: A dual-qualified attorney licensed to practice law in both India and California, Pragya is a JAMS Full-Tuition Scholarship recipient and a specialist in Dispute Resolution. She is currently an Arbitration Associate at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, acting as a Tribunal Secretary to arbitrators based in the Southeast. Her previous experience includes working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. in their dispute resolution practice group.

We’re excited to work with such a dynamic team and look forward to the ideas, perspectives, and enthusiasm they will bring to the Young CalArb. Together, we will continue to promote and expand the presence of international arbitration in California.
