What arbitrator has not had to deal with the difficult behavior of a participant in arbitration? This interactive program will discuss the challenges posed by difficult behaviors and consider strategies about how best to manage these challenges. The program will address difficult behaviors of many types, including counsel
attempts to delay or disrupt the proceedings, to intimidate the arbitrator, opposing counsel, or witnesses. And it will recommend techniques for managing difficult behaviors.
