Biography

Gabriela Lopez Stahl is an associate in White & Case's international arbitration group. She represents and advises companies and sovereign states in international arbitration and mediation. Her practice focuses on investment treaty and commercial arbitration, as well as public international law.

Gabi represents clients in international arbitrations before major arbitral institutions and in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules. She has experience in many industries and core sectors, including energy, mining, technology, and industrial and real estate development.

Gabi is a Regional Representative for North America for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Young Arbitration and ADR Forum. She is actively involved in California's international arbitration community and in efforts to promote the growth of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in California. She is a founding member of California Arbitration (CalArb) and a member of Young CalArb's Steering Committee.

Gabi is a guest lecturer in USC Gould School of Law's externship program. She also frequently speaks, publishes, and organizes programs on issues of international law and international dispute resolution.
